Coach's Brief format
Concrete plan preview copy, with a safe way out.
This review file covers Fitness, Nutrition and Recovery copy for common health-data, questionnaire, preference, safety and availability cases. Each case shows the target, the plan action and the reason it fits. Missing evidence falls back to neutral copy. It never blocks plan creation.
Writing rules used here
Applied from the 360Me Tone of Voice Guide for the in-product register.
Short, present-tense copy. Say what the plan chose and why. Wit stays out when health or safety is involved.
Name one useful fact from Apple Health or the questionnaire. Do not list every input or invent a result.
No guilt, cheerleading or discipline language. The plan changes to fit the user's real week.
The action line is concrete. Values come from the saved plan. The rationale does not add a second task.
Interactive plan preview
Choose a context for each pillar. This is the selected Fitness → Nutrition → Recovery layout.

Fallback does not mean a generic plan
The selected action and its values still come from the saved plan. The fallback changes only the preview explanation when there is no reliable fact to support a more specific statement. The preview should render, and plan generation should continue.
Backend selection order
A deterministic copy choice keeps the preview stable and prevents missing copy from failing the plan.
One focus action from Fitness, Nutrition and Recovery. Do not create a new action for the preview.
If the action was adjusted, use the adjusted copy case and the adjusted saved values.
Exact health fact or answer, then preference or day context, then goal default.
Use values already stored on the action or the input snapshot. Never invent a time, count or outcome.
Use the neutral pillar rationale. Log the missing match for catalogue review. Return the preview.

| Check | Avoid | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Specificity | Build consistent movement into your day. | Two 30-minute rides this week, on the evenings you marked as available. |
| Evidence | This will improve your recovery by 20%. | Your recent sleep has been shorter than your usual pattern, so this week starts lighter. |
| Agency | Push through and stay accountable. | The plan keeps the session shorter on your packed day. |
| Register | Unlock your full potential with an AI-powered health journey. | Your recent history sets the starting point. Your answers set the shape of the week. |
| Missing evidence | Guess a reason that sounds plausible. | Use the neutral fallback and keep the concrete action values. |
